When
buying from us you will proceed step by step through
each of your desired goals. From the start we will be
able to tailor the service to suit your needs and desires,
our professional team members will help you through
each step of the way.
STEP
1 : From an initial appointment the first step
will be for one of our fitters to come and inspect the
room in which your interior will be installed, this
is to get an accurate plan with which to work from ensuring
everything is measured and set up accurately.
STEP
2 : You will now be invited to sit with a member
of our team and design every part of your chosen interior
on our CAD system. This will enable you to accurately
set up all aspects of your interior on the computer
and view a 3D rendered model of what the room will look
like on completion. During this process it is possible
to specify almost any part of the room, including fixtures
and fittings, colours, models, etc.
STEP
3 : From this stage all aspects of your purchase
will be complete, tailored down to every detail your
personalized interior will be ready for installation.
We ask at this stage for a deposit based upon 25% of
the final price.
STEP
4 : Once the down payment is delivered, we
can typically ensure that all installation will take
place in no longer than 4 weeks*.
* In some cases this timeframe may vary according
to the complexity of your order, however you will be
informed of this before the initial down payment
